8. • University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent working experience;
9. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
10. • Experience in purchasing and negotiation within supplier relationships;
11. • Experience within the manufacturing industry;
12. • Proven negotiation, analytical and communication skills;
13. • Strong business acumen, agile in way of working;
14. • Positive attitude, service minded and target oriented approach;

21. Activities:
22. • Leading the purchasing activities on your scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customers maximum satisfaction;
23. • Negotiating QDCFTSR of the supplier base under your segments;
24. • Performing purchasing activities related to ordering, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers;
25. • Working with your North American Engineering and global Purchasing counterparts to drive current supplier performance to the defined targets;
26. • Researching market trends and engaging potential new suppliers in feasibility discussions.
